Direct debit fees and charges
1- Membership subscriptions to each monthly session are collected by debit / credit card by us through our booking system.
2- The sessions are a fixed monthly price due to our overheads. We are aware some months have 4 weeks and some have 5. Allowing for this our sessions are fairly priced.
3- If a session is called off by our coaching team due to adverse weather conditions or bank holidays the price will remain the same for the month and no refund will be available.
Termination / unsubscribing
1- You are welcome to cancel your subscription at any point, however please ensure you cancel 4 working days before the next months payment is due to allow the banks to sanction this. If you have any questions on this please contact our team.
2- Failure to cancel your subscription before payment is taken it not the responsibility of ProSports and therefore no refund will be available. You will be able to rejoin the session depending on space availability by rebooking through our website.
Holiday Club Bookings
Cancellation by the parent for any reason will not result in a refund, as the club has had to organise staff, premises and activities based on the number of children who are booked in.
All communications regarding payment and bookings MUST be via the information@pro-sports.co.uk email not the WhatsApp or personal numbers as our admin team will be able to answer any questions you may have.
